Site Survey & Load Study. Our engineers conduct a full electrical load assessment and spatial survey to size the charger and plan cable routing before any equipment ships. We also check your existing transformer capacity and recommend upgrades if needed, so you never face surprises at commissioning.
Civil Works & Trenching. We handle concrete pads, cable trenches, and mounting pedestals — all coordinated with your facilities team to minimise disruption to daily operations. Every civil package is pre-approved with engineering drawings before a single shovel hits the ground.
Installation & Commissioning. Certified technicians install the unit, terminate power and data cabling, then run a full acceptance test protocol including OCPP backend registration and load-bank verification. We do not leave site until both guns deliver rated power under real-world test conditions.
Handover & Training. Your operations team receives a comprehensive half-day training session covering daily health checks, the remote monitoring dashboard, common fault diagnosis, and our escalation paths. A laminated quick-reference card stays on site for your shift staff.
